Our centre offers a variety of health services including family medical care, chiropody, home visits, a same day clinic for our clients, and community outreach. We also provide group sessions for information and advice on a wide variety of health issues and concerns. Our team consists of several family doctors, nurse practitioners, nurses, chiropodists and a dietitian.

Our Health Services
Health Services provides a full range of primary care services for our service area and priority populations. We also offer group sessions for information and advice on a variety of health issues and concerns. Our team includes physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, chiropodists (foot specialists), a dietitian, and medical administrative staff.
To address a high volume of new client registrations, our primary healthcare clinic is unable to accept new patients at this time. If you hold an OHIP card and are looking for a family doctor or nurse practitioner, please register with Health Care Connect at 1-800-445-1822. Our clinic selects new patients from the Health Care Connect waiting list as spaces become available.

Primary Care After-Hours Services for Registered Health Services Clients
If you are experiencing a medical emergency please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
If you are a Registered Health Services client and require urgent after-hours telephone medical advice, you can access the on-call services by calling 613-239-4006.
Hours of operation:
Monday – Friday evening from 5 PM until 8 PM
Saturday/Sunday/Holidays from 9 AM - 5 PM

Oasis Clinic
Complex Urban Primary Care
Oasis is a walk-in, low-barrier primary care clinic for people who are experiencing homelessness, at risk of homelessness, involved in street-level sex work, or living with mental health or substance use challenges. We provide respectful, harm reduction–based care in a welcoming environment.
Who it's for:
- People aged 16 years and older
- Individuals experiencing homelessness or housing instability
- Individuals involved in street-level sex work
- People living with substance use challenges
Services Available:
Services offered depend on an individual’s goals and situation, and may include:
- Walk-in medical care (no appointment required)
- Ongoing primary care
- Mental health and substance use support
- Opioid Agonist Therapy (Methadone, Suboxone or Sublocade)
- HIV, hepatitis C, and STI testing and treatment
- Chronic disease management and preventive care
- Harm reduction supplies and practical supports
- Referrals to community and social services
- On-site access to psychiatry, diabetes care, and foot care
