Counselling Services: we help people find the support they need, develop skills to address the challenges they face and build confidence to embrace their own inner strengths and capacities. The Centre helps individuals, couples, families, children and youth find ways to deal with issues such as mental health, war trauma, housing, relationships, GLBTTQ, marital problems, parenting, managing finances and sexual abuse. We offer individual, couple, marital and family counselling, lifeskills and therapeutic group programs and crisis intervention.
Social Services Walk-in: available for people in our catchment area of Sandy Hill and Ottawa East, who have urgent personal and social needs. Information about community resources and referrals are also available.
