The strength of Sandy Hill Community Health Centre depends on our membership. Come and get involved in your Community Health Centre! Joining SHCHC indicates that you support our Mission Statement. As a member you may:

• run for, become elected and sit on the Board of Directors;
• vote for the Board of Directors at the Annual General Meeting;
• vote for other issues that may come up at the Annual General Meeting, such as by-law changes;
• receive our newsletter, annual report and other special mailings about our activities and events.

To become a member, please print and fill out the Membership Application Form and return it to us by mail or fax. No membership fee is required.
