At Sandy Hill Community Health Centre, your health provider team doesn't just look at the body, they look at the complete picture: what's going on inside the family or the wider community. If problems are caused by social, economic or environmental factors, staff - including community based workers - use their training, expertise and resources to develop programs to alleviate them. Programs have high impact because their development is guided by the community members themselves, who play a strong role guiding our Centre.
